Yes, pricing information provided by our online Reservation System are final and inclusive of all taxes.
Do I have to pay the room in advance?
A deposit amount is due in order to make your reservation final. For special offer of conference reservations all the amount may requested.

How do I know that my ONLINE reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an e-mail with a text message (as well as at your mobile phone if you request it by clicking the small square box) and a downloadable printable voucher in pdf format.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunatelly we do not accept pets.
Do you provide shutle service, how far is the airport from the hotel?
We do provide a shuttle service, however it is posible to reserve your own private taxi transfer by using our on line system. You must fill in also your Flight Number and the Arrival Time at the personal detail of the reservation.
