We are looking for an enthusiastic and courteous professional for the position of Hotel Receptionist, responsible for managing all reception processes, such as check-in, check-out, invoicing, and phone management. The ideal candidate will maintain high service standards and effectively handle customer complaints.

Profile:

  • Tourism School Degree.
  • Experience in a similar position (knowledge of Protel program preferred).
  • Pleasant and communicative personality.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of a second language is desired.
