Guest Relations Officer

For the Guest Relations Officer role, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor who will ensure the exceptional experience of our guests. Responsibilities include informing guests about hotel activities and services, handling complaints, and coordinating with the reception staff.

Profile:

Degree in Tourism.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Pleasant and communicative personality.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of a second language is desired.
