We are looking for a qualified Service Manager to supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Hotel Manager to monitor staff performance and manage customer complaints effectively.

Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a 4* or above hotel.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of POS management.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of a second language is desired.
