We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with the main responsibilities of supervising the daily operation of the hotel’s F&B departments and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction according to company standards. The ideal candidate will also manage customer complaints and enhance the guest dining experience.

Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel.
  • Ability to manage customer complaints effectively.
  • Pleasant and communicative personality.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of a second language is desired.
